5 Minutes With Leah Walker

For McCool Travel’s 48th travel profile, I am honored to present Leah Walker of Leah Travels. A former high school English teacher, basketball coach, and software technical writer, Leah now writes about her travels to inspire others to step out of their comfort zones and try something new. Her website was named a top travel blog in 2013 by 101 Holidays.
Leah Walker’s bio:

“Leah is a travel and food writer who has as many stories as she does shoes. She documents her experiences whether in the lap of luxury or riding through a swamp in an airboat. Leah is about doing and not just seeing stuff and believes that the journey is just as important as the destination. She freelances and has contributor/editor roles with The Daily Meal, Travel Squire, The Daily Basics, Luxe Beat Magazine, Forbes Travel Guide, and Room Key.”
