Fenway Hotel Dunedin Florida is a classic US Gulf Coast hotel and embraces its music history past, reflected in their tagline of A Place Humming With Soul.
The first radio station in Pinellas County broadcast from the third floor of the historic Fenway Hotel in 1925. A jazz singer performed in the lobby as we arrived and there is live music almost every night.
Fenway Hotel is a sister property to Epicurean Hotel in Tampa Florida, about 30 minutes away.

Where is Fenway Hotel
The Fenway Hotel is located less than 25 miles from both Tampa and St. Pete/Clearwater airports. It is a short walk into lovely downtown Dunedin. Be sure to stop and admire the majestic oak trees (#USGulfOaks) in Edgewater Park on your route to Dunedin Coffee Company & Bakery for breakfast, Strachan’s for Tampa Bay’s best ice cream, or your stroll around downtown Dunedin.
Situated across the street from St. Michael’s Bay, Fenway guests can enjoy great sunsets by walking across the street or from the Hi-Fi Rooftop Bar (see below).
The Fenway Hotel website encourages guests to leave their cars at the hotel and catch the Clearwater Jolley Trolley—to Clearwater, Palm Harbor, and Tarpon Springs.

Fenway Hotel Rooms: Historic Elegance With Modern Comfort
All Fenway Hotel rooms are super comfortable with luxurious plush robes and bathroom amenities, have cool sliding farm style wooden bathroom doors, marble showers with rainfall shower heads, coffee maker, microwave, and mini refrigerator. Oh, that reminds me, I left our leftovers in the fridge. Hope someone enjoyed them!

Fenway Hotel provides complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. US Gulf Coast Travel Tip: I found it more convenient to grab a cup and head to the pool than making it in the room.

I loved that Fenway Hotel provides a cool music themed Amazon Echo device with instructions on ways to use it. Ask Alexa for directions or suggestions for meals, to play music, or to set an alarm.

HEW Parlor and Chophouse at Fenway Dunedin
HEW Parlor & Chophouse was named 8th best restaurant in the Marriott collection of 106 hotel restaurants. Pretty great accolades for a place which only opened three months prior to our visit and the release of the worldwide rankings.

The name HEW honors the original architect of the Fenway Hotel, Herman Everett Wendell. But wait, there is more. Hew also means to cut or chop, thus recognizing this establishment as a chophouse. In addition to their chops, cuts, and other amazing food items, HEW serves creative craft cocktails and local craft brews. I loved the Great Buzzbee cocktail.

Hi-Fi Rooftop Bar at Fenway Hotel
The Hi-Fi Rooftop Bar at the Fenway Hotel honors high-fidelity sound reproduction (from the original radio station WGBH in 1925). But the name also represents current craft cocktails with a luscious view of St. Michael’s Bay and the islands (Caladesi Island and Honeymoon Island).
Complimentary Bicycles for Fenway Guests
Take your complimentary Fenway Hotel bicycle for a spin along the waterfront, into Dunedin, and onto the 50 mile Pinellas Trail.

Fenway Hotel pool
The pool area at Fenway Hotel in Dunedin Florida is a relaxing place to spend time or have a brainstorming session—preferably with craft cocktails from HEW.
